2. Messaging Compliance
All users of this platform must comply with applicable laws and regulations governing commercial text messaging, including but not limited to:
- The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
- CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices
- Carrier acceptable use policies and 10DLC campaign registration requirements
- Google RCS Business Messaging policies (for RCS channels)
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have proper consent from all recipients before sending messages through our platform. Sending unsolicited messages is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
3. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our platform to send:
- Spam or unsolicited commercial messages
- Messages to recipients who have opted out (STOP list)
- Content that is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful
- Messages promoting illegal products or services
- Phishing, malware, or other malicious content
4. Opt-Out Requirements
Mandatory Opt-Out Compliance
You must honor all opt-out requests immediately. Our platform automatically processes STOP keywords and prevents future messages to opted-out numbers. Any attempt to circumvent this system will result in permanent account termination and may expose you to significant legal liability under the TCPA.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for violation of these Terms, abuse of our platform, or at our sole discretion for any reason that we determine compromises the integrity of our messaging network.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Interest Messaging shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
